I think he could have waited to make the comment. I think it was uncaring to say it while people were and are still burried under the rubble. Sometimes even things may be true we need to move in grace and mercy being sensitive to the pain and hurt that is going on right now. I don't think he needed to say it anyway...I think this disaster is going to bring them to their knees anyway.

I agree, Christina. I would rather err on the side of compassion and grace.
