I'm a Great Aunt!!!!


I would like to introduce to you all Mr. Isaiah James U.! Isn't he precious??? He made his appearance this past Tuesday, June 19, weighing in at 7 lbs. 12 oz.


I had to share photos of this handsome fellow with all of you.

yep, he's pretty cute. We are all pretty tickled with him. We think he's about the cutest thing there is! Can you tell I'm just a little bit proud of my grandson? What do your boys think about him?

Yep, he's just the cutest little fella. Can't wait until I can actually hold him!

The boys think he's pretty cute, too. They're so glad they have another boy cousin on my side of the family!

I know, I was already a "great" aunt, but now I'm really a great aunt! Ha!

Journey Struggles

Over the past few weeks, I have been reading a forum which deals with issues in the church with which we were formerly affiliated. I won't go into detail. What I will say though, is that there are a lot of hurting people out there who need your prayers. What does this have to do with me personally? A lot of those people are my friends, and brothers and sisters in Christ. There is this "thing" inside me that can't stand it when those I care about are mistreated, lied to, or in some other way wronged. It's that part of me that wants vengeance . Wow. Did I use that word? But it's true. I want the erring party to repent, yes. But I also want to see them do some groveling and major "making of things right".
